I bought these at the beginning of the summer. We do use our mower for the land close to our house and our sons. Some of it is a little rough and the belt has stretched so I have to put it back around some of the pulleys everyone once in a while.not a big deal to me but might be for some of you.

These mower blades are a perfect fit for a Craftsman YT3000 tractor. They have some weight and heft to them, which gives them the power to cleanly mow the lawn. They are strong, sturdy and sharp without being like a razor blade and work as expected. Mounting was quick and easy with my tractor up on the lift, and once mounted, they spin evenly and don't cause any vibration issues when in operation. This kit contains 2 blades for about the price of 1 OEM blade, so even if they last only a few seasons, feel like a win as I take the blades off every year to sharpen them anyway.

This is a confirmed fit for Craftsman tractor model 917.275820. Double check the mounting stem on your tractor as this will only fit on a 5 star stem. I made the mistake of ordering another blade thinking it would fit but it was for a 6 star stem tractor.The blades came balanced but they're not as sharp as I would like. The blade edge is painted over and dulled them a bit. Hopefully with use the paint will wear and expose the edge. Time will tell.They are a good match replacement for the old blades.Overall, these seem like a good value for the price as you do get a pair of blades and you don't need to purchase separately.

Nice quality blades. They're very heavy and they seem like they will be quite durable. No doubt they will be able to handle being resharpened multiple times in the future.The cut is great with the initial sharpness from the factory, and they do a much better job of evacuating the clippings through the side chute than the mulching blades they replaced.Installation was super easy as well. Some people remove the deck, but I just jack up the entire mower and zip off the bolts with an impact wrench and swap them out.

These blades were exactly what I needed for my Craftsman 42 inch mower. The 5 point star center hole matched and fit perfectly, and installation was quick and straightforward.After mowing with them, I was impressed by how clean and even the cut looked. Ordered this set of mower blades as I am always replacing them. The two pack of blades comes wrapped in plastic. Used these on a Husqvarna Model YTH18542 Lawn Tractor. The five star mounting pattern lined up fine and installation was pretty simple. These blades seem to be more heavy duty than the prior ones on the tractor. Those rocks that creep out to the ground but are hidden by the grass seem to do a number on the blades. Grass clippings spread more evenly. Finished the lawn after installing these as the other ones were so bad, what a difference.Find these to be heavy duty and quality made.Pricing is similar to other blade sets purchased in the past. Do recommend.
