Refund policy
At GICOOL, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services. We realize that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or requirements. In such cases, we offer a flexible return policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please read the terms and conditions below to understand our return policy.
Return Period
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Normally any return requests made after this deadline will not be refunded or exchanged. However, we do recommend that you contact us for information and to try to resolve the issue.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Restocking Fee
If the reason for the return is determined to be the customer's fault (e.g., incorrect product ordered, change of mind, or improper installation), we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. The fee amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the product and its condition.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at ows@gicool.net. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or documentation. Our support team will review your request and provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have in your possession and once the return has been accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.
You can also contact our customer support team. They will provide you with information on how to make an exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ows@gicool.net.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item if you do not utilize the proper channels (i.e., contact us). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
