These blades were a perfect fit on my Cub Cadet LTX1050 with the 50" deck. The 6-point star center hole matched exactly, and installation was quick with no modifications needed. They seem to be well balanced, and after mowing several times they've held a sharp edge and left a clean, even cut. For the price, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. I'd definitely buy this set again instead of spending the extra money on OEM blades.
These brought some new life to my old zero turn. No fitment issues or bad vibrations, and provide a good cut. What else is there to ask for?

These are the proper star drive blades for Cub Cadet XT1 LT50 2015 generation. They have newer ones with the S type drive which will not work on the older spindles. These blades have a good grind, and they balance on a simple cone blade balancer.
I got these replacement blades for my Cub Cadet LT1050 50-inch deck, and they fit perfectly with the 6-point star mounting hole. My old blades were definitely overdue for a change, and switching to these made an immediate difference.The deck runs incredibly smooth now with absolutely zero vibration issues. They are heavy-duty, well-made, and have a nice, clean edge right out of the box. They do an excellent job of expelling the grass cleanly through the discharge chute without clogging. Highly recommend if you need to bring your 50" deck back to its peak cutting performance!
These are made of a dense steel featuring a durable coating at an great value. They were an exact fit replacement for my old blades. Have yet to try mulching, did notice the rear wing for lift was shorter than the ones I was pulling off.

These blades are a good fit for my Troy-Bilt Mustang 50 RZT. At under $30, they are value-priced and seem comparable to the brand name blades I usually use. The manufacturer says the carbon steel blades have a rust resistant cutting edge; we'll see how they do over time. They have a six-point star in the middle; make sure they are compatible with your mower. They deliver the expected cut, comparable with OEM blades, but a much better bargain.
I got these blades for my Cub Cadet LTX1050. I have been troubleshooting a vibration problem on that tractor and replacing the blades helped me narrow down the problem to the engine. The blades I removed were definitely overdue for replacement, with uneven edges and lots of material missing from the ends. These are the exact same size, shape, and thickness, but solid and with nice straight edges. With them installed, the mower deck is running as close to perfectly smooth as I can imagine.A few years ago, I tried sharpening the existing blades using a kit for my rotary tool, but I wouldn't recommend that method. Replacing the blades myself, however, did require investment in some new tools - an impact wrench and an appropriate socket for removal and a torque wrench for final tightening. Once I had the right tools on hand, replacing the blades became much easier than I had expected. It also provided a great opportunity to grease the spindles. I suggest planning on doing that as well if you are going to replace the blades.
I installed these blades on my mower and was happy to find the fit was exactly right. The 6-point star mounting hole lined up perfectly and installation was quick. That's always the biggest concern with replacement blades, and thankfully there were no issues there.These are definitely more of a light-duty blade than a heavy commercial-grade option. The weight feels lighter than some OEM blades I've used in the past, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing for normal residential mowing. They spin up easily and didn't put any extra strain on the mower.The mulching performance was pretty decent. I wouldn't say they're the most aggressive mulching blades available, but they did a respectable job breaking up grass clippings and leaving the lawn looking clean. The overall appearance of the lawn after mowing was good, with a fairly even cut throughout the yard.As for durability, it's still early but they've held up well through several mowing sessions. They seem sturdy enough for regular grass cutting. Considering the price, the value for money is solid. They're not heavy-duty blades, but for routine lawn maintenance they've performed better than I expected.
3 pack of 50 inch mower blades arrived as expected with no surprises and they look and work great, thank you. These fit the 6 point star MTD blades on 50" MTD decks. Verify your spindle type and number of star points before ordering. These are great blades. The black finish looks to be powder coated. I would rate these as high lift blades, not for mulching applications. Use these where you need to expel grass thru the mowing chute of the deck. Easy to install with a few hand tools. Within 30 minutes and only basic instruction, my son had these installed today and returned an out of commission machine back to mowing perfect strips. If you've never changed blades before there are lots of videos online that will walk you thru it. You'll usually need either a 15/16" or a 1" wrench or socket to remove the blade retaining nuts in most cases. These are well made and thicker than the bent set of blades that was removed. Good value on these. Be sure to check that blade tip alignment while you're performing the job. Great parts! A+!
